Our Wellness area at Hotel Ruland is exactly that: a sanctuary where you can relax, take a deep breath and feel at ease – high above the rooftops of Altenahr overlooking the Ahr river and the vineyards.
Sauna area with a view
On the top floor you will find our sauna area with two Finnish saunas (75°C and 95°C) and a soothing brine steam sauna.
After a sauna session, a spacious, light-filled relaxation room with a fireplace and samovar invites you to linger. Large windows offer views of the Ahr Valley's natural surroundings and create a special, tranquil atmosphere.
For fresh air and a moment outdoors, a balcony is also available – perfect for cooling off or soaking up some sunshine.
